About Small Talk:

Small Talk, LLC is a pediatric speech-language pathology practice located in Northern Virginia.  The purpose for establishing Small Talk, LLC was to provide a fun and welcoming environment in which to meet your child’s individual oral-motor, feeding, speech and language needs.  We are committed to helping your child to reach their potential.

About Marci Britt

My name is Marci Nace-Britt and I am a licensed, certified Speech-Language Pathologist who has been working with children in a private practice setting for eight years. I earned my undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida and my master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University.

I am trained in Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT), Beckman oral-motor techniques, the Affect-Based Language Curriculum (ABLC) approach, and I utilize neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) techniques. In addition, I have completed many other courses and specialized training in the areas of oral-motor, feeding, speech and language issues. I am passionate about my work and I feel blessed to do what I love! Helping a child to achieve their potential is the most rewarding career I could imagine.
